Annual Meeting: October 6th - Novi Civic Center Annual Meeting will now be held the first Tuesday of October, which for this year is October 6th, 2009. Meeting to be held at the Novi Civic Center Conference Room C. If you would be interested in serving on the Board of Directors please send your name to lexingtongreenhoa@yahoo.com or submit your name to one of the current Board Members. We are looking for a few new members to help guide our neighborhood. Board of Directors are elected for 3 year positions and officers will be selected from members of the Board of Directors. No nominations were received, but if you would be interested in volunteering a few hours a month to help improve your neighborhood, please attend the Annual Board meeting on October 6th to submit your name.
WE HAVE A WINNER! New Entrance Sign Selected Almost 48% of homeowners returned ballots. Choice B was selected as the winning entrance sign with 57% of the votes. The sign is now installed and looks great.
Annual assessments Annual Assessments were due January 1st ,2009. Total for 2009 is $100.
Our Neighborhood Lexington Green is a subdivision community of 73 homes located between 8 and 9 Mile Roads and west of Taft Rd in Novi, Michigan. |
